Concrete Repair Specialist - aesthetic concrete repair - no experience needed

We are looking for a Concrete Repair Specialist to join ConRep, the Belgian specialist in concrete repair and concrete cosmetics with 10+ years of experience in sector. You'll restore visible concrete on large projects - care homes, schools, offices and residential buildings - across Belgium.

No experience? No problem. We train you from A to Z in a specialised craft that is in high demand. The faster you master it, the faster your rate goes up.

What the job involves:

- Aesthetic repair of visible concrete: colour repairs, retouching, facade repairs

- Precise colour matching to existing concrete colour and texture

- Creating textures and patterns (e.g. plank-formwork finish)

- Structural concrete repair and reinforcement

What you get:

- €22/hour as a start rate -  your rate rises as you learn to work independently

- Company van + all materials and tools provided, expensive and high quality tools only (≈ €4/h extra value)

- You will be paid from the moment you leave home 

- 50+ hours/week and Saturdays work available - high earning potential

- Full, paid on-the-job training alongside an experienced team

- Long-term, stable collaboration ( some of our guys are working for 6+ years already )

What we ask:

- English (required)

- Driving licence B (required)

- VCA certificate ( can be obtain after start date )

- No fear of heights - work is frequently on scaffolding and aerial lifts (required)

- Precision, patience and an eye for detail

- Experience in painting or plastering is a strong plus - not required, we train

Practical:

Location: preferably near Deinze (East Flanders); sites throughout Belgium

Start date: immediately

Status: self-employed (A1 / independent)
